Description: Bright red, with a tinge of mulberry color. It has a complex and persistent aroma. In the nose it presents scents of brushwood, tobacco and cocoa and coffee. Compact and dry in the mouth with evident returns of fruit and a chocolate finish and vanilla in the end. Old Vine Primitivo makes a bold statement at first sip. This limited edition wine comes from the heart of Puglia, where a bunch of gnarled, 80 plus-year-old vines produce mighty little berries that give intense, unique wines, deep in color with concentrated dark fruit flavors. History in a wineglass.

Production:  By hand into crates, starting in the first days of September. The healthy ripe grapes are crushed and fermented in small containers at uniform, and regulated temperature. Soaking on the skins for over a month. Maceration in stainless steel tanks. 8 months in French barriques with a capacity of 2.25 hl. and tonneau with a capacity of 5 hl. Bright red, with a tinge of mulberry color. It has a complex and persistent aroma. In the nose it presents scents of brushwood, tobacco and cocoa and coffee. Compact and dry in the mouth with evident returns of fruit and a chocolate finish and vanilla in the end.

Food Combination: Elaborated meat dishes, roasts, stewed meats and seasoned cheeses.
