Description: Pale yellow color, with a fine and constant bubble, aromas of bakery, nuts, white fruit and a touch of fresh herbs, taste of citrus and fresh fruit, good acidity and pleasant texture.

Production: White Brut is made of Airen and Viura grapes from controlled vineyards in the area of Valdepeñas. A selected white wine is used as a base. This wine is made under the strictest quality controls and thanks to the latest technology, following the traditional process of white wine making.

Food Combination: Ideal on its own as a starter to be enjoyed with desserts and fruit, cheese salads, nuts.
