Description: Gentle pressing of the grapes with only best juice used from the first pressing. Cool temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on fine lees to add richness followed by ageing in tank and early bottling to maintain freshness.

Production: This is made from low yielding grapes and only with juice from the grapes first pressing. The resulting Albarino is a crisp minerally wine with real character, rounded in style with lifted flavours of white peach.
