Description: Attractive deep cherry color, cherry mermelada bouquet, note of vanilla and nuts. Smooth and powerful. Round with a long finish (note of spices) This vintage is a wonderful surprise to the palate.

Production: 3 days cold process maceration, 7 days maceration at controlled fermentation temperature of 25C. Aging during 4 moths in new oak, 40 % French oak and 60 % American oak.

Food Combination: Meat, Iberian pork, lam, white mold cheese, salami.
