Description: With aromas of ripe plums and a touch of cocoa, this Estate Merlot has flavors of dark fruit and brambly spice which are complemented by full tannins and a long finish.
Production: Yield 5 t/ha Fermentation:in small stainless steel tanks, duration 14 days, temperature 21 degree. Malolactic fermentation, in small stainless steel tanks, duration 14 to 20 days, temperature 21 degree. Aging time in bottle before release is 12 months.
