Description: The color is a transparent golden yellow. Aromas of white-fleshed fruits, tropical fruits and vanilla. Concentrated and complex flavors reminiscent of citrus fruits. The perfect balance of fresh acidity and oily texture.

Production: The average vine age is 30 years. A blend of various grafted Chardonnays. Middle Oxfordian Marl limestone soil. The site sits fairly high on Colton Hill, about 340 meters above sea level, on a steep south-east facing slope. Fermented in Barriques (25% new). Aged 10-12 months in Barrique.
