Description: Straw yellow color with green shades. Nose of yellow peach and pineapple. Fresh and energetic with notes of mature tropical fruit, bread crust and a soft, fresh, mineral finish.

Production: Elevation: 200m Trellising: Cordon speronato Vines/ha 5,200 Yield/ha: 60 ql Vinification: Cryomaceration for 14 hours, fermentation in stainless steel using natural yeast for 16 days; malolactic fermentation in barrique. Aging Process:12 months in Allier French oak barriques (50% new, 50% second used), bottle refined for nine months

Food Combination: Fish soup with tomato, pasta-tomato fish sauce, steamed fish-crustaceans, fish stew, white meat stew, blue cheese.
