Description: An intense depth, with red cherry color, and with bluish sparkles. It presents aromas of liquorice and eucalyptus, but also aromas of ripe fruit. In the palate this wine is fresh, intense with a great body and a nice final length.

Production: Wine making: The ground is clayey with a lime substrate. Continental Mediterranean climate. Traditional Vinification at controlled temperature at 22ºC. The maceration: about 5 days, frequent over pumps.

Food Combination: Red meats, aged cheese (like Stilton), game, spicy pork, sausages, spicy foods
