Production: Fermentation at controlled – cold temperature, alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, aged in French and American oak during 18 months, bottled and stay in the Winery 18 months before its introduction in the markets.

Food Combination: Wild game, meat stews, lasagna, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces, Mexican dishes, mild cheeses.
