Description: Red in color with hints of purple. Aroma of cherries and floral notes. The delicate and fresh flavors have fruity notes, medium body and silky tannins with a long finish.

Production: After destemming of the Carignan, the skin and juice are sent to the tanks where the must ferments during 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is sent to stainless tanks for resting. The wine is passed to new oak barrels for 2 months.

Food Combination: Ideal to accompany Iberian sausages and cheeses of average cure.
