Description: Brillant rosé colour; pleasant winy & fuity nose; smooth mellow & fruity taste.
Production: Soft pressing of the grapes and very short contact with the skins. Cleaning of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature. Blocking of the fermentation at 7.50° alc. by refrigeration, in order to obtain a residual sugar of 50 g/l.
Food Combination: Perfect with light meals and as aperitiv.
