Description: Intense, bright purple red. Important hints of fruit, with notes of raspberry and berries. Full, silky and elegant entry, balanced in tannins, harmonious, persistent.

Production: The vineyards are exposed to the south-southwest with calcareous marly soil, the production per hectare is 5 t. The manual harvest takes place in early October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of about 26 ° C in the first days, for an optimal extraction of the aromas, to continue at 28 ° C until the end for a gentle extraction of the tannins.
