Description: Deep pink, transparent and brilliant. Faint orange hue. Aromas of red fruit jam, raspberry pastries and candy apples. A delicate and fresh champagne with an unpretentious impression.

Production: A blend rosé (assemblage) based on Pinot Noir. Dosage of 6.8g/L. Aged for 2-3 years. Annual production of 3,000 bottles.

Food Combination: Ideal as an aperitif or as a dessert.

Awards: Gold Medal - Competition of the Great Wines of France at Mâcon 2016
