Description: This Brut traditional method in fruity remarkable presents a dense dress livened up by long cords of fine bubbles which sparkles in the light. Its delicacy and its impressive length are worth in this bottle a very favorite.

Production: Classic vinification in tanks with thermoregulation after a pneumatic pressing. Aged 6 months minimum in tanks. Second fermentation into the bottle then 3 years aging before dégorgement.
