Description: The Savigny les Beaune Villages is a relatively powerful wine with good structure. Still young,it already shows nice aromas of blackberries and strawberry, and will develop well with a few more years ageing in cellar.

Production: Fermentation without maceration. Natural extraction (No enzyme addition, no forced heat extraction). 15%-20% New oak: Allier (aromatic elegance), Nevers (complex structure)M aturating over a year, no fining and slight filtration. Parcel produces an average of 35.000 bottles.

Food Combination: Any grilled or roast meat,casseroles, charcuterie, Coq au Vin, monk fish, moussaka. It prefers mild cheeses such as Chaource, Brie de Meaux, Tomme, Reblochon, Cantal, Mont d’Or and Epoisses.
