Description: Fresh and mineral, with citruses and white flowers aromas.

Production: We produce only organic wines, without chemical herbicides or pesticides. Our parcel called « Les Fias » is on the slope, on a limestone ground, and gives fine wines, fresh and mineral, with citruses and white flowers aromas. Hand harvested in 10kg baskets. Sorted on shaking table. Fermented in oak barrels. Aged in 500 Liters oak barrels, for 10 months. (20% new oak) Tangential filtration. Bottling in july 2023. Corks Diam 5.
