Description: This wine comes from three plots with high level of clay, on the feet of the hills of Mercurey, two plots of very olf Aligoté et and one plot of Chardonnay. This unusual blend gives a nice balance between freshness and roundness.

Production: Hand harvested in 10kg baskets. Sorted on shaking table. Fermented in oak barrels. Aged in 500 Liters oak barrels, for 10 months. 20% new oak. Tangential filtration. Bottling in july 2023.Corks Diam 5.
