Description: Lovely, light yellow colour which is very intense. When opening, an exemplary fruit dominates a very expressive and fragrant smell. Lovely aromas of citruses, pears and Mirabelle plums completed by a pleasant touch of minerals. Excellent texture. Rich, covered, almost oily for a particularly charming wine. This first-class wine is among the most widely known wines of the region.

Production: Soil: Clay, Limestone, Kimmeridgian. Aging: 8 - 12 months.

Food Combination: Sausages, snails, white meat, certain types of cheese, such as Epoisse, oyster, mussels, abalone, Japanese dishes, crustacean, veal, smoked salmon.
