Description: Straw yellow golden hints in color. Generous with caressing aromas, balsamic nuances, flowery and exotic fruit overtone. Delicate, well-balanced, lingering wine, and acidity makes this wine pleasantly fresh with a slightly bitter grapefruit finish.

Production: Grapes are soft pressed at low temperature. The must is then decanted and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel. Aging in stainless steel tank.

Food Combination: Excellent as an aperitif, very good friend of fish dishes and shellfish. Perfect with boiled white meat and grilled fish, sushi or soufflé, seafood salad, seafood pasta. This is a real good flexible wine.
