Description: This wine comes from a plot with high level of clay, on the feet of the hills of Mercurey, in which Pinot Noir and Gamay are blended, that’s why both are vinified together to produce this tasty and fruity wine.

Production: Hand harvested in 10kg baskets. Sorted on shaking table. Cold maceration before the fermentation for 3 days. 21 days of maceration in steel tank. Aged in oak barrels, without new oak, for 10 months. Tangential filtration. Bottling in july 2023. Corks Diam 5.
