Description: Tasting notes : This deep red colored wine is complex with aromas of red and black fruits and spicy overtones. Excellent balance in the mouth, tannins are elegant and silky.

Production: Vineyard/Soil : Clay and siliceous covered with rounded pebbles. Winemaking: Destalking, 20 days fermentation, pumping over and daily release. The temperature is controlled at 28℃. Aging : 10 to 12 months in tank.

Food Combination: Cassoulet, roasted beef, duck, game, sautéed liver, sukiyaki, beef cooked in red wine, blue cheese (Roquefort).
