Description: Only native vines, without Cabernet and Merlot, to maintain the typical formula of the famous Italian wines, without following the fashion, that using even South wines, makes the beautiful red ruby of Sangioveto red and black. A wine that reach, with the typical, the maximum elegance. Color: Bright ruby red. Nose Well-integrated aromas of ripe black cherries, forest floor, tobacco, and a hint of cedar spice. On the palate, it shows both firm structure and refreshing acidity.

Production: Vinification: in steel for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature (28°) Malolactic fermentation: Done Aging: 7 months in used barrique Bottle refinement: 7 months Type of wood: French durmast barrel of 5 Hl or 2,25 Hl Harvest: October Hectare gain: 50 q.li/ha Vines height: 400 mt. s.l.m. Type of soil: calcareous.
