Description: The deep yellow colour announces a particular and distinctive wine, from an ancient white variety native to the village of Novello, rediscovered thanks to local tenacious vine-growers. Vegetal scents of acacia flowers caressed by the freshness of citrus fruits, with a good minerality.

Production: Manual selective harvest,　soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature; refining on the noble lees in stainless steel tank for 5 months.

Food Combination: Aperitif, fresh ""antipasti"" of vegetables, delicate pasta, sushi and shellfish.
