Description: Fresh, supple and fruity with a distinct character and great persistence. This dry vouvray is the characteristic reflexion of the land of Vouvray showing the age of the vines.

Production: Traditional wine production in temperature controlled vats after pneumatic pressure and clarification of must. Daily monitoring of fermentation, racking, with maintaining low temperature. Yield: 50 hl/ha. Age of vines: 35years. Aging: minimum 6 months in tank. Mis en bouteille à la propriété
