Description: There is also a discreet hint of exotic fruit to the otherwise fresh and layered nose of primarily floral and citrus aromas that precede the appealingly rich and vibrant middle weight flavors that　possess both good volume and detail on the sappy, dry and linear finish. A more complete wine.

Production: This is an old massal selection, the vines are mature, more than 30 years old. The grapes are crushed whole. The clear must is then fermented in oak barrels, of which 30 % are new oak. The wine is matured for 10-12 months on lees, then bottled with no fining .

Food Combination: Fish, seafood, oyster, mussels, abalone, white meat, pasta with cream sauce, gratin, avocado, crustacean, Japanese dishes.
