Description: Characteristics: Intense and mineral nose, dry, rich and full-bodied wine with complex notes of white flowers and candied citrus fruits, balanced and elegant, with fat, good sapidity and length

Production: Marl and limestone (Oligocene), facing east and southeast Grand Cru: This wine-growing area is sheltered by the foothills of the Vosges and boasts a particularly dry and warm microclimate, as the amount of rain registered is the lowest in the area. The terroir is essentially composed of limestone conglomerate and marl from the Oligocene period. Colluvium of the same nature incorporate scree and sandstone pebbles, giving an siliceous, rather clayey stone- rich soil. Cultivation: Organic and biodynamic certified Harvesting: Manual, Long gently whole-bunch pressing Fermenting: 3 months in oak cask at controlled temp Maturing: 8 months in oak cask on lees until bottling
