Description: Color: Deep purple with violet reflects. Nose: Intense notes of black fruits, pepper and spices. Mouth: Great complexity with a soft texture and well-balanced wine, a beautiful cherry note.　 To decant for a better tasting.

Production: The entire harvest is destemmed. All grapes vinified in natural concrete tanks that are pumped over daily. The average time of fermenting is 3 weeks. The assembly of the best cuvees is followed by a long ageing process.
