Description: Tasting : striking garnet color. Intense and complex nose with hints of black fruit underlain by spicy, chocolaty and woody nuances. Supple, concentrated palate, good structure developing on insistent good quality tannins. A fine long-lasting finish

Production: Yield : 30 hl / hectare. Soil : gravel and clay. Middle age of the vineyards : 33 and more. Wine making : pickup table, modern vinification, 5 weeks cold maceration. Aging : 18 months in new oak barrel.

Food Combination: Sautéed liver with berry sauce, game, grilled lamb, beef, foie gras, pork kakuni, rich cheese.
