Description: Deep garnet in color. Rich fruity nose of black currant, ripe plum, refined spice and toast notes. The firm tannins are well submerged with time to be soften and silky. Full and harmonious with good acidity. Elegant on the palate, and herbal aftertaste.

Food Combination: Good match with meat based dishes such as lamb, roast beef, ham, and foods made with rich sauces. Aalso be enjoyed with various cheeses, particularly with hard and sharp cheeses such as Roquefort, Beaufort, Comté and Emmental.
