Description: Characteristics: Beautiful bright yellow-green color, the bouquet reveals with class its terpene notes and fruit with stone, beautifully characterizing the terroir. The wide, voluptuous and structured mouth unfolds a matter of delicacy. Both dry and creamy, the finish is aromatic, elegant and deep.

Production: Terroir: Limestone (Muschelkalk) and sandstone, facing south on a steep hillside Average vineyard age: 37years Grand Cru: Shielded in part from the oceanic influences by the imposing mountain chain, the Pfersigberg hillsides have slopes with particularly sunny east exposure. The conglomerate conglomerate-like hillside subsoil is composed of varied limestone pebbles: grey and very hard Muschelkalk formations or yellow and less resistant from the Middle Jurassic period. Cultivation: In Organic certifying period Plowed and controlled natural grass covered vineyard Harvesting: Manual, Long gently whole-bunch pressing Fermenting: 4 months in oak cask at controlled temperature Maturing: 6 months in oak cask on lees until bottling
